Data Foundation 的 NetSuite 访问权限

Data Foundation 将您连接的每个 ERP 系统和实例中的数据汇集到一个 Common Finance Model 中，NetSuite 是它直接读取的 ERP 之一。NetSuite 连接使用 OAuth 2.0 机器对机器访问：一个只读角色、一个使用客户端凭据授权的集成记录，以及一个证书。本页面面向负责进行这些设置的 NetSuite 管理员，以及请他们设置的 PlaidCloud 用户。

PlaidCloud 只读取数据。任何人都无需通过电子邮件发送密码、令牌密钥或私钥。

开始之前：创建证书

PlaidCloud 用户的团队创建一个 RSA 密钥对并保管私钥。只有公共证书会交给 NetSuite。例如，使用 OpenSSL：

将 plaidcloud_netsuite_public.pem 附加到发给管理员的请求中。请保留 plaidcloud_netsuite.pem，用于 PlaidCloud 中的私钥字段。

发送访问请求

在项目的 Foundation 选项卡上，在 NetSuite 连接下选择创建新连接。表单会显示完整的请求。点击复制请求可将其粘贴到您自己的邮件中，或点击通过电子邮件发送请求，在您的邮件程序中打开它，主题为“NetSuite access for PlaidCloud”。请附上公共证书。

NetSuite 管理员需要设置的内容

  1. 启用功能。 在 Setup > Company > Enable Features > SuiteCloud 下，启用：

    • REST Web Services
    • OAuth 2.0
    • SuiteAnalytics Workbook（SuiteQL 需要）

  2. 创建一个只读角色，例如“PlaidCloud Read Only”，并赋予以下权限：

    请让该角色能够访问 PlaidCloud 报告所涉及的每家子公司。

  3. 创建集成记录。 在 Setup > Integration > Manage Integrations > New 下：

    • Name： PlaidCloud
    • Authentication： 仅勾选 Client Credentials (Machine to Machine) Grant——不要勾选基于令牌的身份验证和授权码授权。
    • Scopes： REST Web Services 和 RESTlets。

    保存并复制 Client ID。NetSuite 只会在确认页面上显示一次。

  4. 映射证书。 在 Setup > Integration > OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials (M2M) Setup > Create New 下：

    • Entity： PlaidCloud 所代表的用户。
    • Role： 第 2 步中的角色。
    • Application： PlaidCloud，即第 3 步中的集成。
    • Certificate： 附加在请求中的公共证书。

    保存并复制 Certificate ID。

需要回传的信息

管理员发送 在 PlaidCloud 中输入为
Account ID，位于 Setup > Company > Company Information——例如 1234567，沙盒则为 1234567_SB1 账户 ID
第 3 步中的 Client ID 客户端 ID
第 4 步中的 Certificate ID 证书 ID
PlaidCloud 可以读取的子公司 在 PlaidCloud 的子公司下选择

与证书匹配的私钥由 PlaidCloud 用户的团队保管。他们会自行将其作为私钥粘贴到 PlaidCloud 中。

检查访问权限

回到 PlaidCloud，输入这些值并点击测试连接。每个数据集会显示为可读取、缺少权限或错误：

当某个数据集缺失时，测试会指出需要添加的权限。请管理员将它们添加到该角色，然后再次测试。预算是可选的：不使用预算的 NetSuite 账户仍可加载其他所有内容。汇率、类别和位置同样不会阻止加载：如果其中某项无法读取，加载会保留其上次读取的内容。若没有汇率，请改为在汇率文件中提供汇率。
